Early Offers Received for Tertiary Courses

It is hard to believe that this will be the last newsletter for 2022. What a year it has been!

During Term 1 and Term 2, we successfully delivered the Year 10 Careers and Pathways Week, the inaugural Subject Selection Fair and National Careers Week. Our Year 9 students had the opportunity to attend the South East Careers Fair and our Year 12 cohort had the opportunity to explore career/course pathways by attending the Victorian Career Expo.

Term 3 and early Term 4 were incredibly busy for our Year 12 students. In addition to their academic pursuits, our students prepared VTAC applications for their 2023 endeavours, with a significant number of our Year 12 students receiving early offers for 2023 tertiary courses. What a wonderful achievement for these students!

As I reflect on the year that was, I feel privileged to work with the students at Casey Grammar School. The potential within our students is boundless and I cannot wait to further support our community as they navigate their education and career journeys.

We have a lot planned for 2023, starting with Year 12 one-on-one appointments starting during the first week of Term 1, Morrisby Testing for our Year 10 students in week 2, and Career and Pathways Week in week 9 (further information to come).
